Check timing with a light and Puch corn timing paper! If I remember .9mm = 1 degree so aim for like 14mm
You probably don’t need to de compression because it’s has such lil timing. I had a Motobecane that would run at like 0 degrees but run horrible
And ground everything! I’m not joking like seriously everything! (edited)
