It should fit the stem but the ass end won't be attached to anything. But a little work and it should be ok

I dont think the post on that maxi seat will fit in a garelli frame. Its too big

I'm sure if you are crafty it can work. Mabye if the seat post is to big you can cut the one on the new seat and weld to old post or mabye it will slip inside the new one if you leave a little piece and drill a hole and bolt the old one to the little nub. Also the back you can make a bracket that goes under the seat and fastens to the rack. Anything is possible, its mopeds. If you got a home depot around and a drill then most things are available to mod peds.

You can try shoving the seat post of the garelli inside the New seat post if it works and then attaching!! It's a maybe but try
