Hi Chris. Yes it is a Jawa type 21 or 23 on an Italian mini frame (Italjet). They were marketed here in 1967 by a company in California. They named it Roma, and tried to keep the prices low by using Jawa motors instead of Minarelli, since one could buy an American minibike for around a hundred dollars new back then.. Unfortunately for them, at the time anything from the Soviet Bloc was banned. They lied to customs, and no many were sold before they closed up. I have been searching the internet for others, but without success. This may be the sole survivor.
