Don’t worry. The pain will be a 10 once the nerve block wears off. The next 2-3 days will suck.
December 11th was a year since mine was done. It’s still not right and i see no reason it will improve at this point.
After analyzing my movement vs weakness and the mechanics of the whole thing, i’m convinced that they re-attached the tendon a bit too far around the front of the head of the humerus.
Laying on my side, pulling the covers on and off can only be accomplished by keeping my elbow against my ribs. Trying to lift my entire arm up and over results in pain and soreness for days. Nobody seems to give a shit either. Maybe it’ll hold up as long as I can avoid the “danger zones”, maybe not. Life goes on.
