Do you think hong kong's message would be better received by the global community, or their efforts more likely to recieve, if they started shooting police? Do you think less people would be killed in hong kong if protesters were heavily armed?

i dont believe there would have been a message to get out being i think the gvnt wouldnt be doing what they are, against an armed population

interesting, you may be right. Maybe it's me being the pessimist here but I suspect it'd just be justification of lethal force to suppress the protests.
