Come have a waffle burger at the bar. So good. Live your life.
I'm pretty sure you cant talk me out of it
Oh I like the pickled asparagus also
You can keep your asparagus, I'll have a waffle burger though. That and maybe 4 tall blue moons

Shit had a few pbr coffees and a few bissel bros
Having a hard time eating burgers with my mask on. Any ideas to help?
You will have to quarantine for 14 days when you get here but you will get to eat some good burgers after. Spend your stimulus chex if you haven't done so. I'm sure the 1200 you all got is gone but if you got $7 for a beer and a few bucks for a tip come on down.

Everything but the waffle looks great! Living my life at home and off take out
Now I want a waffle burger.
lol, I want a double bacon cheeseburger on a BUN, but, it doesn't hurt you to want :)
That look absolutely disgusting! And 7$ for a beer? Never.

Of course you have to be the debbie downer. Figured you would chime in at some point and call me a baby killer for eating out. Live your life.
I don't know where you live and how much Rona you got there. I'm just commenting on how gross it looks and 7$ for a beer is just unacceptable. (And tips, tips are ridiculous. Just pay people living wages!)

I'm in maine and tips pay wages.
Maine seems to be doing pretty fine, so live yer life and all.
When you pay 7$ for a beer i assume the restaurant owner has more than enough money to pay his servers a living wage.
We give tips just as a little thank you, service industry workers have it pretty good here and beers are only 2.50$.
With the micro brew boom here there is very small batch production. In my small town alone we have 4 breweries and I'm sure more will pop up when things calm down. You can get cheap domestic beer but if you want something real nice you got to pay up. This is at a friends pub and they just opened back up. Prices are a little steep but it's a small place with very good food. Everything is home made including the ketchup.
Is the micro brew boom still going there? Here it has luckily died down a bit. Noone is waiting for some banana whipped cream vintage ipa anymore.
I do understand the craze in the US a bit more as American beer is like sex on a boat, it's fucking close to water. (edited)

Never had shiner?
Had to look up Shiner, never had it. I was always a big abbey beer fan and liked some of the weird old German beers a lot, but when a mustachio'd man puts fruit in beer, i'm out.

What's fucked is they call shiner an import, it's made not far from me in texas. WTF!
Made the mistake of getting a keg of shiner for a party once, too filling. You gotta have a light beer so you can drink all day and still have room for food.

Oh yeah cant beat a keg of natural light
Bas, good laugh bro.
I never buy alcohol at a restaurant and especially never at bars. Beer costs like 90¢ a can in a case. I refuse to pay the outrageous markup.
I make better food at home. So, really, for me to get motivated to go out, the place better have a decent band playing or a group of friends that all want to go to the same place.
Even then, I’ll eat something cheap and junky like nachos and sneak a flask of bourbon.
I work hard for my money. Bars and restaurants need to work harder to get it from me.
If you're eating out at a restaurant rn, I think you're a selfish fuckhead.
On top of that, that burger looks like shit. It's not just Bas.

I am, just not willing to hurt someone else.to do so.
LiVe YeR lYfE lOl
Not hurting anyone else. I'm eating in a little town that this is the first pub in its history. It is in fact the only resteraunt in the town. The only place in the town to ever serve liquor, haha. Social distancing is in effect so before you go spouting off at the mouth please get your facts straight. Look at what's going on up here in maine. We are doing very well and got our shit together. You can have your dirty New York. I'll never even visit that sewer.
