it's a good day for this cat too:

That cool cat is Mr. Lil Wayne YMCMB. Your President, Mr. Donald Trump is pardoning him on felony weapon charges today. (edited)

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

It's the great Little Wayne, known best for his love of "A Milli"

He also took so many drugs that he started to support trümp.

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

Johnny Braaapp /

And thought it was okay to carry a gold plated pistol in his luggage in an airport, while on parole.

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

Ok....and I should care why? All presidents pardon people....this happening will have exactly zero effect on my life.

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

If the guy is that stupid to bring a gun to the airport, he will likely be back behind bars soon enough. Again a total non-issue to me.

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

Of all the thugs trümp is pardoning, Wayne is probably the least thuggish.

I'm just glad we don't have that dumb pardoning shit over here. (You could get pardoned, just not by one dude for no apparent reason at all)

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

Media is predicting between 60-100 pardons to be issued today.

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

Who cares?

This guy:

This walking piece of shit will be thrown back in jail soon enough.

That’s the one ^ (Julian assuage) who shouldn’t charged with any crime, pardoned so to speak because he’s not convicted of anything yet,

All he did was say free speech that the government didn’t like , no crime (edited)

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

He hacked the US government and raped 2 women, but he is already in jail in another country and would never be extradited to the US, so pardoning him is kinda silly.

Presidential pardons seems very un-American to me... how is it with a stroke of a pen the president can subvert our justice system??

Ya but at least it’s seems to be less amount of pardons then it was:

Franklin D. Roosevelt: 2,819 pardons (3+ Terms)

Harry S. Truman: 1,913 pardons (2 Terms)

Dwight D. Eisenhower: 1,110 pardons

Woodrow Wilson: 1,087 pardons

Lyndon Johnson: 960 pardons

Richard Nixon: 863 pardons

Calvin Coolidge: 773 pardons

Herbert Hoover: 672 pardons

Theodore Roosevelt: 668 pardons

Jimmy Carter: 534 pardons

John F. Kennedy: 472 pardons

Bill Clinton: 396 pardons

Ronald Reagan: 393 pardons

William H. Taft: 383 pardons

Gerald Ford: 382 pardons

Warren Harding: 386 pardons

William McKinley: 291 pardons

Barack Obama: 212 pardons

George W. Bush: 189 pardons

George H.W. Bush: 74 pardons

Pardons are stupid, they just subvert the justice system, making it unfair for those who serve their sentences.

I do 100% agree that some of these people deserve to have charges dropped. He has given the most pardons in moderns history but not the most compared to some.

Franklin D. Roosevelt: 2,819 pardons (3+ Terms)

Harry S. Truman: 1,913 pardons (2 Terms)

Dwight D. Eisenhower: 1,110 pardons

Woodrow Wilson: 1,087 pardons

Re: Less than 29 hours to go...

I read through the list this morning and have to admit, I never looked close at any other prez’s get out of jail list.

I get the pardons for people that already served their sentences, in full, and are living upstanding lives.

I get the non-violent drug offenses for marijuana (I don’t support it because they did break the law). But, yeah, I see why that’s not such a big deal.

What I fully expected and wasn’t at all surprised with was the numerous financial and real estate criminals. Of course HE would.

It amused me that there were SOOOOOO many cocaine, meth, and narcotics felons that got off. Like, aren’t conservatives (sniff) hard on drug offenders (sniff).

No Joe Exotic?

I don’t know why this power exists. It is a very solid kick in the nuts to all the victims and criminal justice system workers. What better way to ruin morale and faith in your country than to let the highest office undermine your worth as a person or your effort at your profession?
