Gimmie a good old movie to watch

I'll admit that I'm probably the oldest 31yr old man in the country. Yeah.

But my Laserdisc collection only gets me Soo far. Just watched the og japanese theatrical release of akira. Not necessarily asking for anime.

Just good older shit I may have not seen...for example really enjoyed seeing patch adams, jack and the fisher king in a robin williams deep dive...just finished watching the original 1981 print of a new hope on LD...Very greaterest

My life as a dog is an insane movie.... regardless

Any ideas?

I'm not a big movie watcher but i am with you on thunder road..can't imagine how many times i watched it..i guess that and cat ballew with jane fonda and lee marvin are my two favorites of all time

I used to have a laserdisc set up. Like ten years ago, not 40. Also had a beta player, (and vhs and DVD) all hooked up at the same time.

Still have my old discs. Got a TRON box set, THX-1138, Logan's Run, Blade Runner, Alien (1-3,) Mad Max, Road Warrior, the Bad News Bears trilogy, Brazil... all the classics.

Plus, the almost unknown, very rare, thought to never have been produced, "The Human Highway." Written, directed, and starring Neil Young, with Dennis Hopper, Dean Stockwell, and Devo.

Yeah, Neil Young and fucking Devo.

Rarest I have is the Titan AE, last commercial LD title. Open copies sell for 1-2k

Last ever disc produced was a run of replacement discs for the dragon's lair arcade cabinet in 2004. They spun up the whole production line after it being idle for years just to make it. Then tore it down

Dragon's Lair.....Holy shit, first .50 cent arcade game....even though it was kind of stop action when you died, it was AMAZING at the time, what a flashback! :)
