60mm temp gauge holder

Do you have a bullet headlight with a poopy non-functional speedometer? Or do you have a bullet headlight with a poopy functional speedometer? Are you tired of zip tying the way more important temp gauge to your handlebars and hoping it's visible when your bike springs an air leak and leaves you stranded?

I've got the thing for you. I recently came into a bullet headlight and wanted to mount my trail tech temp gauge there. Treats had a piece once upon a time (https://www.treatland.tv/bullet-headlight-trail-tech-gauge-plate-p/tto-bullet-gauge-plate.htm) but it's out of stock and won't fit the new ones. So I spent too much time designing and test printing one with my handy dandy 3d printer.

For the low low price of $20 I will print you one and mail it to you with tracking, in whatever color you want. So long as that color is black, white, glow in the dark, or orange. Or if you send me a link to a color you want and the money to pay for a spool of that color, I'll print you one just for buying the filament.

AND I'll post up a thingiverse link so you can print one yourself. I'd be happy if you threw me a few bucks for the design time, but if not I won't be angry.

Also open to thoughts, ideas, criticism, and just general comments about everything. (edited)

Pretty sure I did that right. Maybe I didn't. Let me know if you can't see it or have any problems with it.

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

This is good. Very good

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

Very happy with mine!

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

For a few extra bucks I can throw some words on there.

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

I made the original ones and you've done a nice job with this update. good luck.

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

I think it would be dope if it said puch and had the emblem

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

I could probably do that. I figured out words, getting the Puch emblem in an svg file probably wouldn't be too difficult.

My hero. I'll work on this tonight!

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

Here's the puch design. I had to raise the shield different levels to make it show up as four pieces.

I do not know for sure. I know it fits the temp gauge sold by treats, brand is trail tech. I don't have one of those to test fit it.

Justin Wacker /

I had a great bullet headlight with no speedometer. It was a poopy situation.

I loved my zip ties but Paul gave me a reason to get a divorce from zip ties.

Now I Will know If my bravo Is on the verge of exploding. With this 59.24mm (headlight is powder coated) 3D printed holder , my temp gauge is now in complete sight. No looking around for that zip tied gauge.

Considering buying one!! You will be happy.

That is a sick bike, Wacker.

You can do some cool stuff with the letters.

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

Would be cool to see a version that could replace the speedo in the stock puch speedo holder... can't be too different for fitment

I've got a puch speedo here. I'm pretty sure it's the same size. I'll check it tomorrow.

Well we have all been sad that you made treats stop carrying them and just teased us the last few years. Thanks to paul for being an upstanding moped guy. Totally will be buying one of these.

It's a little bigger than 60mm. I can design it to be a few mm wider and it should work. Let me know if you want one.

Thanks man! The rest of that roll will be used for face shields and mask ear savers for my local hospitals!

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

Anyone else need one?

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

Someone asked if I could fit a power button in there along with the temp gauge.

Boom.

Now you can get your temp gauge and your kill switch off your handlebars.

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

This is ingeniously rad

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

Awww yeah! Paul is the man! Got my cap and ot looks great.

Fun fact: Paul is a great guy who is helping out his healthcare front lines by 3d printing parts for their PPE. I did my part by purchasing a whole role of the 3d printing PLA and sent it to him. He made my part and made some stuff for his community. I may just buy more PLA to send over if this stuff continues.

Thanks for being a great guy! And double thanks for the sweet stickers!

Thanks for the kind words! Your filament gave them twenty face shields and about eighty ear savers. Face shields went to hospitals and ear savers went to my local essential businesses who remain opened so we can eat and drink and be merry!

Re: 60mm temp gauge holder

I need one of these, please. I’ll pm you.
