Hey I just rebuilt a tomos a35, It's got a lot of new parts, It should be reliable and a little zipppy, There are a few things more to clean up but it sounds great. I would take 800 for it. Let me know if you want pics.
Also building a maxi right now so that might be a few weeks till that is all straightened out.

It's been pretty quiet around DC lately in terms of stuff for sale. buncha $1300 tomos and stuff. I'll keep an eye out
