Motobecane hardware is some high-quality stuff. id say purchase depends on what the inside of the gas tank looks like. you can always sand n paint the outside. def not worth more than $50

Cmon, that AV7 is worth $50 alone. Chrome seems to be in good shape too. I'd buy it if I were closer

Find an old fence post to mount the seat on. You cant beat a Moby seat for confort.
