you need a big crescent wrench, a breaker bar, a friend, & a solid wall. put tire against wall, have friend hold wheel so it won't turn, use the wrench/bar combo.

For me, that just has foot pegs and no need for a freewheel just cut the fucker off with a angle grinder or what?

Show some close up pics of the area on the freewheel where tools are suposed to lock on. People will give you some tips

I think a 36 mm park bike wrench is the ticket as I recall
