Hello, I got my Sno Runner running after rebuilding the carb, but it does not take more than half throttle. I am using a 24:1 fuel mixture (per the manual). Is that the correct mixture or should I be using something like 40:1? I have played with the H idle screw, from 1/2 out to 4 out, seems the best is about 1.5 out, but it boggs down at half throttle.

Changing oil ratios will do next to nothing for fixing a problem.
Gas clean
Exhaust plugged
Spark plug new
Ignition good
Maybe it just needs a rejet..
It has fresh gas (premium), new spark plugs, new jet (from the carb rebuild kit from the sno runner.com. How do I check if my exhaust is clogged, and if so, can I clean it out?

New jet wrong size...
Remove exhaust and if you wanna run it on a bench ( will be loud ass fuck) look for improvements in throttle response and sound.
Look up how to clean an expansion chamber.. if it’s clogged just buy new one, especially if it’s a catlitict converter shit clogged junk
