Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

Soon, my sachs 505 clutch will be rebuilt with some beefed up pads.

After that, Id like to put an Autisa 64cc kit on it..

The kit is rare, and hard to find...but I think i found it...Im just not sure if its the correct thing...maybe someone here can help.

Are these 2 things the same?

Ya The one in the second link is for a puch not sachs

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

why would you get a kit like that with no replacement support when you can get an arisal 70cc?

is it special or something

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

The sachs weak point is the clutch.

I feel like if I take it to 70cc, Il be putting too much pressure on my clutch.

This kit is appealing to me because of the 64cc...more modest on my clutch while still increasing performance from the 50cc..

1mm bigger piston means nothin

Clutch is going to fail no matter what. Even stock they fail, let Sachs set for a few years and clutch plates swell and there are other problems like glazing of plates. It' such a poor design even if you reengineer it you still can't give it a 6-7000 RPM stall speed like you can a centrical clutch that's why I gave up on Sachs bike performance.

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

Have you not seen the airsal 64cc? it's a much better casting than the athena 70cc kit. they are like motorcycle clutches, but much shittier, which glaze no matter what if you slip them all day... if you get new pads and make sure to get that nut on the clutch real well(thoroughly clean the threads and use red locktite) and you should have a pretty solid sachs.

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

Ive only seen the Airsal 64cc kit for puch and tomos...

Can you link me to the sachs version?

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

its a sly dog.

I am taking it as a challenge.

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

upgrade to 7 piece clutch

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505

you're setting yourself up for disappointment

Re: Autisa 64cc kit for Sachs 505
