is this crankshaft assembly factory or an attempt at balancing

this is a crankshaft assembly for a vespa plz let me know your thoughts , second photo is of original crankshaft assembly, plz your help is needed , also would this negatively effect the engine if i was to use it

My kinetic crank has holes in it like the first picture

Yea, they were made that way.

Although, it is worth it to replace with a roller bearing crank if you already have it apart.

i believe it is a roller bearing , because it has a roller bearing on the other end c picture , ita not apart as of yet in the engine is a roller bearing crankshaft , I'm going to be taking the engine apart soon as i get some time

The lower end may be roller, but the piston end is a brass bushing. I have smeared a couple of these and unless the bike is completely stock I would not bother with a bushing crank.
