new coil, new spark plug wire, new cap, good ground, just no spark, only thing I have not replaced in condenser....could that be it??

could be horn circuit or a bad ground.
You can test points and HT Coil. Eliminate what you can. Ground, no paint, clean steel.
ht coil use a ohm meter to test primary, secondary, cap and wire. Points closed .001.
bypass horn all in Wiki.

clean the points really well and make sure they are opening , check your grounds and make sure the spades on the horn are hooked up , if it still doesn't fire then your condenser has gone out , i just had the condensers go out on both of mine in the same week , they are 30+ years old capacitors they are probably dried out

Unplug the horn, and ground the wires. Then try.
