I work professionally in ABS with sub standard gear. ;-) You printing in PLA? I'm happy to look at some photo's of prints for you. I have no experience with PLA but over 5000 hours with ABS.

You could answer a question for me. Nobody responded when I asked how the clutch response is affected by covering the entire surface. So, I decided to do it and find out. I'm expecting a sharper lock up (less drag into or more abrupt lock up).

I have a lot of skills but rebuilding moped clutches is new to me. So, I'm learning. I replaced clutches with new in another Tomos I have and not it shifts firmly into 2nd with way less laggy slip than before. I really like it that way.
