Update:
I got it running tonight. I swapped over a parts stator I had laying around with damaged light coils but apparently a good ignition coil. Lights dont work but thats because the windings on the light coils rubbed on the flywheel in a past life. So now it's just time to swap coils around and make the magic happen! Thanks for the help folks.
