ZA50 Connecting Rod Bearing Big End Size/Replacement

Trying to locate the correct size connecting rod big end bearing. And a source to purchase one? If anyone has some insight let me know. I found the rod kit on treats but would like to reuse the original rod and bushing if possible. this will be completely stock build.

Looking into all options. I do like using original parts whenever possible.

Yeah use the rod kit, no point doing that work and not upgrading.

The brass bushing in the end of the crank goes out on these too, if yours is showing wear best buy a new crank.

Because that’s what you have

You don’t have the smaller bushing end that goes into the clutch bell

I suggest you should search wiki and other posts to know what you have before you end up getting the wrong everything

Re: ZA50 Connecting Rod Bearing Big End Size/Replacement

My crank is the small one (9.5mm) not the larger one (10.5mm) mentioned. I do appreciate all suggestions given.

At the cost of an upgrade racing crank. And the folly of doing it all yourself w/o tools required. Or paying to install the journal conrod kit. Having done both buy a new one...
