Got this batavus and it won’t run oh but yeah starter fluid I was able to ride 50 feet. So I took carb apart and to my surprise there is no needle on the slide! Is there supposed to be one?
It’s a top tank model I think Laura 48 maybe

Yeah that's how it is, no needle.

The float needle controls flow till WOT then the jet restricts it
Stock it's 11mm from float to tip. Double check the wiki.

there is a break-in main jet and a normal main jet.
get the break-in jet. its bigger
