Repairing Rectangle Magura Puch Switches

I have a pair of square magura switches, the black ones found on some puchs. They’re in good condition cosmetically, but the horn contact is bent in a way that makes it not function, and I can’t fix it without going deeper. It looks like the switch is in two parts but I can’t figure out how to (at least somewhat) safely separate them.

I see two potential attachment points, at the insert where the screw goes, and at opposite side I see two metal pins that could be holding them together. Advice would be great! Thanks!

Not sure how to separate that piece. I guess I dont get why you need it apart more. There are some wiring diagrams in the wiki that may help you out.

thanks, I just figured it out. Sadly my horn switch was too far gone to salvage, but I was able to restore my engine start switch, and I took a bunch of pictures. Will probably add to the wiki a little later.

Solved, made a wiki thread about my journey.
