Brian, so with no variation the clutch lever has a bunch of slack in it, correct, because there needs to be that extra cable length for when the engine variates? Then, if you grab the clutch lever it pulls in that slack/extra cable length, thereby pulling the engine back forward, effectively downshifting like it would if you stomped on a launch lever?
