49cc stock .. in the EU was sold as moped after 77 with no peddles .. 72 to 76 with .. the law changed ..

Bloody picky , if you ask me .. the ones with out gears in my day where girls Peds ..

Girls .. no red blooded 16 year old boy or 18 year old man would be seen dead on a gear less ped ..

well let’s be honest the world 40 years later is really a softer place ..

I mean after the twist and go scooters came in the late 80s owning anything other than a Harley branded you as half man .. not my rule .. just the rule of the American road .. how many bars did I go to to find jap bikes hanging form trees with holes shot all through them ..out back ..

Theses guys lived up our way back in the early 80s .. none of the Peds had gears

So changed the gearing to 15/37 from the stock 14/39 ..

testing if it don’t rain late tomorrow...

I can fit peddles to my fizzy if it’s more fitting for the page :)

The bike unlike me can go either way ..

They were made with pedals here until 1982, the blissful year we got rid of that dumb pedal requirement.

Sick rd. I'm a sucker for old yamis. My yg1 when I first got it. Looks a little nicer now with paint, new seat cover, some factory low bars, and Michelin gazelles. And my old ds7 that I wish I still had.

You should consider throwing a Homoet on there. Fs1's love homoet pipes.

Wow back in 1974 when i had my first Fizzy i painted it this colour blue strange looks just like my bike good job buddy

Woot! I got it assembled. No material needed to be added to the cases. The stage6 pa50 adapter has almost same cylinder hole pattern .

Less of the dork ... .. I’m about as far from dork than you can get .

I restore old bikes as a hobby, just happened to cut my teeth on Peds in the mid 70s ..in the UK . that’s why I have fixed up a few I had rode as a kid .

Not part of the American moped crowed .

Don’t really want to be ... that’s why haven’t been on here in for ever ..

After seeing A lot of the videos of the type that ride Peds here realize I sure don’t fit in so I stopped posting ..

And I’m not ever resorting any Peds again .

Don’t want my MAN card revoked...
