The fun is if you have the power to go and honest 50 or more then you just gear it for 45 miles an hour.

But the A35 cast iron reed cylinder is one of the best platforms to achieve speeds over 50 miles an hour.

If you can't go 50 on a 15 mm carburetor you're doing it wrong.

I wonder what’s the smallest carb that’s done 50

I used a VM18 on the derbi and VM20 on the shifty

Here is my honest to Satan 50 on 50, it took a ton of work

And I still ride it all the time today, just re-geared for the city, I think I’m running 2hp gearing now, 16 (or maybe 14)x45

The hobbits have been known to do 50 with the stock carburetor that is only 12 m m
