Timing belt Vespa

No, I’m not looking for the timing belt on a Vespa, well kinda. For my e85 bravo, I will be using a 55mm rear pulley matched with the stock clutch bell. I’ve measured, and would need a 10mm x 1000mm belt to keep tension without cutting. Luckily, very common size for timing belts, but I’m not sure if that would work on a single speed. I know on some variated models, toothed belts are used, but I’m not sure if it would work on a single speed. Has anybody done something similar? Any input?

If 1000mm is your length just grab this

It won't matter if it's toothed. But you are going to have a hell of a time pulling a 55mm rear pulley. Hope it's flat where you live.

Yeah this isn’t going to be my primary set up, just for my maybe 50/50 run

Re: Timing belt Vespa

Clutch is gonna engage at 35mph

Don’t know why I didn’t think of that.
