trouble tuning mine too. the puch estoril radical side bleed is an amazing pipe. i am messing around with the jetting, timing, airboxes, and air leaks right now, but the best i've had it running so far is 14/40 15mm clone carb, 222 atomizer, 72 jet, stock airbox. takeoff not great, but very good torque and buried the speedo at 40.

trying to follow roffmans spec now, but it's highlighting some other problems in my bike like timing, seals, clutch, and leaks
