Bike is on its 3rd re-wire.. finally got it right. All LED. The headlight has 3mm white LEDs drilled into the reflector and only serves as a daytime driving light. The turn signals also have LED running lights. The Aux headlights are switched separately and are bright AF. Tail and brake lights are multiple LEDs. The GPS speedo is on its own switch so I can leave it on when stopped. Max Amp draw is less than 2 amps with the blinkers on. Even solved the mixed AC/DC ground for the OEM blinkers by putting a diode between the frame and the battery.

Full wave rectifier, TT regulator and $6 blinker from Autozone.

Added the second battery case because the OEM case is stuffed with the HPI, rectifier, TT regulator , blinker and connectors.

Nope, doesn't seem to matter.

Re: H2o bros, what's everyone doing for radiators

I'm running a Mishimoto radiator from some dirtbike, likely a CRF. I got a killer deal on it and the spigots are in convenient places for mounting it higher.

NX50 frame, NU50 crankcase + transmission, PA50 forks

In the future I'd run a used dirtbike radiator or cheap aluminum unit since they're abundant and cheap on eBay.
