Stock E50 head with kit?

Will my stock e50 head work with this kit? Or do I need to mill it out, or buy a different head.

Pick your poison:

Use the stock head sand the compression rings flat then file or dremel squish band in to it

or buy a 44mm head at dos cycles then dremel inside bigger

Most heads you got to make the combustion chamber for stock size is not big enough

Ya it’s called marking it with a sharply, and Dremel it with carbide bits, Sandpaper roll it then use buffs like I showed in the second picture,

I do it all by hand but I’ve been doin cc’ing heads with die grinders and all kinds of things by hand so it’s nothing to me

Wesley Ambrosini /

Honestly a well tuned 50cc kit or a slap n go 70cc will work just as well with as the 64cc kit.

If you email treats, they'll probably have a head that, although not the same size, they'll recommend.

Terbo Speghetti /

Dremeling a head sounds like the fastest way to ruin it.

I wouldn't do that to my bikes if you paid me.

Some of my fastest bikes was done that way. You have to have a steady hand though.

Re: Stock E50 head with kit?

I would have bought the 70cc airsal or treats kit but they were sold out, and didnt want to drop $200. I'm putting it on a maxi that I got for cheap and it was seized from sitting. Going to be my beater bike.

Re: Stock E50 head with kit?

Yeah, airsal 64cc and a 15mm bing clone. I have a techno pipe that I’m gonna put on it as well. Should be a nice little ripper
