Need to derestrict baffle. Cut thicker tube to same as short that goes through rubber bushings. Lock tight all bolts or double nut. Too much play in swivel header. Maybe brad or wrap. Other than that seems thin but we will see.
What’s restricting the baffle Charlie?
They work real well on Moby's, little big for 103's but I really like them so far
Once the baffle is removed and the silencer wraps are off there are two tack welds that have to be dremeled off of the tip then discard the restrictor tube reassemble and rewrap. helpful French videos on youtube! Also the performance has a lot to do with the variator weights N'est ce pas!

Post some pics of the removal!
Initially I only removed the header restriction. The baffle restriction blew out somehow after about 50 miles. Didnt really seem to make a difference before or after. V fast pipe tho.
The swivel gets all 2 stroke exhaust gooped up pretty quick and stiffens up. At least in my experience

I was REALLY impressed with this pipe on the AV7, I think it really paired well with the torquey nature of the av7 compared to the av10 or 103
Looking fresh Charlie!

o shit that's amazing! (edited)
Av7 74cc airsal Doppler er3 4 heavy weights. 15 sha. Weights about right-need less. 11/48. Still tops out about 45 nicely.
