History
1977 Mopeds was founded in Kalamazoo, and the city retained a location until December 2008. The first location was on Portage Road in a former fish bait warehouse turned biker bar. In 2005, the shop moved downtown on the Kalamazoo Mall and closed in 2008?. In 2013, 1977 Mopeds opened a new warehouse in Kalamazoo's north side.
