A phrase used in Peddy Cash to dispel stress and dismiss confrontation. Also used as a salutation or an expression of excitement.

This phrase has its roots in southern California. Brought to Peddy Cash by Brad VandenBerg by way of phone calls, forum posts, and in person conversations during his many visits to Chicago for Moped rallys.
