There are three kinds of links on MopedWiki:
- Internal links to other pages on MopedWiki
- Piped links to change the name of an internal link
- External links to other websites
To add an internal link, enclose the name of the page you want to link to in double square brackets. When you save the page, you'll see the new link pointing to the linked page. If the page exists already, it is displayed in Moped-Army green. Empty pages are displayed in red. Links that go to the current page are not transformed in URLs but displayed in bold.
The first letter of the target page is automatically capitalized. When linking, capitalization matters! Moped parts
and Moped Parts
are two different articles as far as the wiki is concerned. Typing an underscore in the link has
the same effect as typing a space, but is not recommended.
