The Gagnon Manor unfortunately no longer exists. It was sold due to the Gagnons discarding their Akron cards and making their slow homecoming migration to the greater Cleveland area. Don't worry though, they're working on getting a new place with a big garage to house plenty shenanigans and freeze pops.
